Shipping & Returns

Shipping within New Zealand

All NZ orders are packaged and dispatched within two business days. 

NZ shipping rates: Flat rate of $7 (urban) or $11 (rural) for all orders under NZ$100. Shipping is free for all orders over NZ$100.

We primarily use NZ Couriers and Aramex.

International Shipping

We are currently shipping to Australia with flat rates starting at NZ$15.

For shipping quotes to all other countries, please get in contact. 

Lost & Damaged Parcels

Sunny & Lou will not be held responsible for any lost parcels while in transit with a third party company. In the event a parcel is lost in transit, the buyer must take this up directly with the courier company.

If you have not received your order within 10 working days and your tracking information shows ‘delivered’, please contact us to process a complaint with our courier company.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours if your order is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. 

Returns

Faulty Items: We have a 30-day replacement policy for faulty items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a replacement. Please do not discard the item as we may require photo proof or the item to be returned at our cost. Without proof of faults your return may be declined. In the case we are unable to provide a replacement, a full refund will be issued.

Change of Mind: We have a 14-day change of mind policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in the original packaging. This includes any other elements included in the parcel upon receipt (eg. thank you cards etc.) Gift boxes and backing cards must also be included and undamaged. You’ll also need your order number as proof of purchase. Change of mind returns will be credited to the buyer with an online gift voucher to the value of the item/s returned. Please note, the customer is responsible for all costs incurred when returning an item for store credit. Credits will only be issued once the item has been returned and inspected.

To start a return, please contact us at info@sunnyandlou.com. If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Lost Returns

Should the buyer’s chosen courier fail to deliver or lose their return parcel, it is the buyer′s responsibility to claim compensation from their chosen courier directly. Sunny & Lou is not liable for any lost returns.
